Announcement about the selection of the target group

The University of Craiova, in association with the D.A. Tesenov Academy of Economic Sciences and the Engage in Education Association, are implementing the cross-border project PROMoting IncluSivE and Quality Education through Technology, Leadership and Sport - Hard between September 2025 and August 2027. The project aims to increase graduates’ competencies and skills, making them more attractive on the Labour Market and, implicitly, improving their employability in the RO-BG cross-border region. Two educational infrastructures will be developed, one in Craiova, at the University of Craiova and another one in Svishtov, at D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.”

Project activities:

1. Organising 5 training courses for 100 students, graduates or citizens on competencies required by the labour market in Romania and Bulgaria;
2. Organising 6 summer schools for 120 students and graduates from Craiova University and DA Tsenov Academy;
3. Developing a joint network of a minimum of 20 NGOs, education providers, companies and public institutions to promote lifelong learning and employment in the RO-BG cross-border area (2 job fairs, 3 workshops, 2 conferences)

Requirements for the project’s target group:

• Students from the Bachelor/Master/PhD Programs are enrolled in the University of Craiova.
• Graduates of higher education (only for the Urban Horticulture course).

IMPORTANT NOTICE – all individuals from the target group must have their residence in the Romania-Bulgaria cross-border area.

Applications will be submitted during office hours, 10:00-14:00, in room 152, the central building of the University of Craiova (18, A.I. Cuza Str, Craiova, 200585, Dolj).
